How I can check where is my order?
You can track your order here:

Your order number will be on your dispatch email, package can only be tracked after they've been dispatched.

Can I cancel or edit my order?
As soon as you place your order, we’re on it – we know you need it fast! Unfortunately this means we will be unable to make any changes as it’s already being processed at the warehouse (literally within seconds!). You’ll need to place another order or return any unwanted items.

My tracking is showing that my parcel is being returned to sender.
The postal service has been unable to deliver your parcel to you (you may not have been in or they might not have been able to gain access to your property). If your tracking is showing as being returned to us you can wait for your parcel to come back and we will give you a refund when it does. A typical refund will take up to 21 days, that’s 14 days for the package to arrive back at our warehouse and us processing with up to 7 days for it to make its way through the banking system. If the postal service was unable to deliver this time it may be worth checking out the postal service app, many of postal service will allow you to add instructions for the courier or a preferred safe place / neighbor for your package to be left with if you're not in.
We also have other delivery options such as from hand to hand which may be more suitable for future deliveries.

Will I be charged customs and imports duties?
Please note that your order may be subjected to the customs of your country when it arrived in. And the customs duty is the recipient’s responsibility.

I received a faulty item, what do I do?
If this happened, please contact us via the customer service page stating the order number with further details of the issue within 14 days of receiving your order. Our customer service will be happy to help you.
To help us get this fixed for you ASAP, when you first contact us please include the followinginformation;
  • Your name;
  • Order number;
  • Picture of the fault;
  • Description of the fault.

When you contact us via the 'Contact Us' form please have an image of the faulty item ready 
for when you receive a reply as you won’t be able to attach the image on the form just yet.

From where you will send my order?
We have several warehouse in Europe and China. Depends from your country and currently stock availability we might send your order from one of our warehouse.
